In addition to aggregating and publishing a RootZone, the OpenNIC HostmasteringWG maintains and publishes the master zone file for the opennic.glue domain (zone). This simple file lists and provides IP addresses for
~* OpenNIC's [[Tier1Status tier1 nameservers]]; and
~* special servers used to represent the OpenNIC project, notably but not exclusively
~~* www the webserver
~~* proxy0 the proxy interface
~~* wiki the wiki
